Linking activities to results
Below, I have constructed a matrix that shows how the Activities deliver the 10 Capacities mentioned in the post on Exercise Strategy. X-Fit, Lifting and Yoga are the most versatile which explains why X-Fit in particular features frequently in my Training Calendar.
