I have now reached what many would consider to be old age, 73 in this year of 2026.
This page is devoted to thinking about the contribution that exercise can make in maintaining some dignity in old age. The foundation for that is a heightened sense of self-awareness, interoceptive and cognitive.
It starts with a challenge to myself, an experiment in exercising vigorously.
