The plan for March

A slow and easy start to the training.

One of the tenets of my training strategy is to place the right amount of stress on myself. I can’t rely on the usual biometric indicators because some medication I’m on makes them unreliable, and so, in keeping with the theme of this website, ‘without force or haste’, I need to navigate and calibrate as I go. I call that ‘Wayfaring’.
